As we improve the Cratejoy platform every day, our goal is to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. The new tool now lets you search for anything you want and displays all your results in one place, right from your account:
Cratejoy Global Search: It’s seamless
One thing we wanted to tackle with this new tool was making it universal (grabbing all the data in your store) and having all the results displayed in one screen at the same time. Gone are the days when you’ll have to pop into the subscriptions tab to search for subscriptions, and then back into the customers tab to look up individual subscribers.
Cratejoy Global Search: It’s smart
To make life even easier for you, our smart search tool starts working and auto-suggesting potential results as you type. For example, if you have a subscriber named Armando, as you start to type “Ar…”, a list of customers, subscriptions, shipments and orders staring with those letters are displayed and it keeps auto-suggesting as you type.
