Today we’ve released a brand-new feature that will make it easier for you to move your subscribers’ renewal dates around.
A number of you have been asking for a way to add last-minute subscribers into your current month’s shipment or move a few subscribers out if you accidentally oversold. This feature will allow you to make those changes easily – and all on your own!
This new feature allows you to move the date your subscriber will renew and also adjust their shipments to match the new date.
This means if your subscriber signed up after your cutoff date, but you want to give them a shipment this month anyway, you have the ability to move up their renewal date and also move their shipment to match.
Now, if you ever have too much inventory – or not enough – you can easily adjust your subscribers to fit what you have available. You can read more about the new feature in our knowledge base.
